doggables asked: is the Rach n Pens comic going to be a slice-of-life sort of dealio, or will it CHRONICLE how they met/came to work together/have some kinda eventual 'conclusion'? Is it intended to tell an ongoing story or sorta just be a buncha random segments?

HMM i wonder how much i can say without telling too much??

it’s going to be a slice of life in that it’s a look into these characters lives and how they handle stuff and work together, but there is a “plot”… in a way!

the whole comic has it’s own timeline, what penny might do in one comic may change the next time you see her based on events. the characters will grow and change and time will pass… just like real life! 

the comic itself will be sprinkled with episodes. for example, the story im working on now— it’s the first “episode” and it starts at one of rachaels concerts in the states, toward the beginning of her career. it then goes off from there…

it’ll be the closest to a “canon” timeline and story for them. anything i’ve drawn until the comic has been cute and stuff but the comic will be it’s own and start the cycle anew. (something i’ve worried about honestly…)
